We have been very impressed with xonboard so far. The introduction of Super Stapling is a huge step forward. Our onboarding is now more secure and far more efficient. We have also found the team to be very responsive and open to feedback on any small glitches. After trialing it in our own firm, we are enthusiastically recommending this software to clients. I look forward to seeing how it continues to develop.

Very easy to use

XOnboard is such a great app. Makes the onboarding process extremely easy, syncs perfectly with Xero, and is so simple to use (for both employer and employees). Well done team on developing such a great app.

I have been able to easily onboard our staff, with perfect Xero integration - and for free, is honestly pretty amazing. Kudos to the XOnboard team for offering such a great free service.

We only recently started with the XOnboard app for our new employees, and to date it has been smooth and easy. The only issues we have had is with user entering incorrect bank details! One problem is that they seem to miss the tax-free threshold tick box, I think it might be obscure in all the other questions? We have overcome this by sending out an email prior to onboarding, asking new employees to "look out" for this option as it is vital in their tax calculation. It would be great to be able to print the full employee information, not just the basic information (so include super, tax, etc)? One other issue that we have encountered, once the onboarding has been completed, and we have made changes in Xero (such as the correcting information that was entered incorrectly, like the withholding info, or bank info), once the employee logs in again, it reverts to the previous information entered, so causes an issue at payroll :-( This information cannot be edited in XOnboard, only in Xero. It would be good if this could be addressed?
