ClockOn Online + Xero
Streamline and bring efficiency to your business with the ClockOn-Xero integration. ClockOn will track your employee attendance and save them as timesheets. You will configure ClockOn with your employees’ pay rates and other pay conditions which will enable the system to automatically calculate payable hours and updated leave balances and then synchronise that data with Xero for payroll processing.

Getting started
To begin sending ClockOn's employee time sheet data to Xero you need to firstly connect your Xero organisation to your account.
Once completed you then need to validate and process your employee's time sheets for the pay period.
Next you will then run the ClockOn Integration Wizard. This will step you through the process of connecting employees between ClockOn and Xero and then mapping the ClockOn time sheet breakdowns to Xero's earnings rates. This process is remembered and made easier with each payroll you process in ClockOn.
When the time sheets are mapped, you can then submit the data to Xero and it will then appear as a draft payroll ready to validate and process.
