Overview
BlueFolder (www.bluefolder.com) is field service management software that includes CRM, work order management, scheduling, billing, equipment tracking, contracts, recurring jobs + more. AccountsInSync creates invoices in Xero from completed jobs in BlueFolder. It automatically creates individual or monthly consolidated invoices and can create Recipient Created Tax Invoices for subcontractors.

batch process required.
Invoices can be created individually or consolidated per customer on a monthly
basis.
Invoices can be automatically emailed to customers.
Due Dates on invoices can be set from Xero contacts.
The details on invoices works with the Inventory item codes and account codes
in Xero.
