How does it work with Xero?
Bank Feed. Every time you or your team uses your Archa cards, transactions flow straight into a dedicated Archa bank account within Xero. The transaction will include additional details pulled from the transaction, including name of merchant, date, cardholder etc
Receipts & Expenses. Cardholders are able to submit receipts from within their Archa mobile (iOS or Android) apps or via a web portal. GL codes are pulled from Xero and are available as a drop down, as well as the ability to add a description (e.g “flights to Sydney”). Archa then uses smart scanning to pull additional information from the receipt, send this through to Xero and match with the transaction that already exists via the bank feed integration.
Reconciliation. Xero admins can then go into the app, match-up the transactions and click “reconcile”. That’s it!
Getting started
Connecting Archa with Xero is simple. Connect from the Archa web app in 2 minutes:
1. Log into the Archa app and select ‘Xero Integration’ 2. Enter your Xero account log-in details 3. Select the organisation within your Xero account you would like to connect to Archa. Your bank feed will then be connected. 4. Next, toggle on the account codes that cardholders can add to their receipt submissions. Cardholders will only see the ones you select. 5. Tap submit. Receipts can now be uploaded to Xero!
