Clevero + Xero

Clevero can handle mulit-organisation integrations. Two or more Xero integrations are possible from the same Clevero Solution.

Clevero will sync some or all of the following into Xero:

  • Customers
  • Suppliers
  • Quotes
  • Invoices
  • Tracking Categories
  • Purchase Orders
  • Supplier Bills
  • Payments
  • Credit Notes
  • Items
  • Timesheets
  • Journal Entries

Clevero will pull the following data from Xero into Clevero:

  • Chart of Accounts
  • Tax Rates
  • Currencies
  • Items
  • Branding Themes

Getting started

In Clevero navigate to Settings -> Company Settings > Integration and click "Connect". Choose your organisation you wish to associate with the integration.
During initial sync Clevero will import Chart of Accounts, Customers, Suppliers, Tax Rates, Items and Payment Terms, Branding Themes, Currencies. Clevero will now be connected to Xero and ready to sync future Customers, Suppliers, Invoices, Bills and much more!

Xero Interface

The Clevero integration with Xero has streamlined our invoicing process, and being able to map the project detail to the client invoice has been a great time saver. With the payment status reflecting back into the project system, the team is updated on payments. Lez and the team are always accommodating, and tailored a solution to fit our needs.

Awesome software

Excellent software
