Even when some of our issues were a Xero or Procore issue, our Smoothlink support team member stayed involved, working with Xero & Procore, to ensure that our system was working as it should. The Program enables the users to have an quick overview if every invoice that has come into and highlight which invoices have been processed at a glance, no searching necessary. It is a major timesaver. James and the Team went above and beyond to ensure that our issue with speed was resolved within one day. They also went out of their way to sent up future provisions to prevent the same issue from occurring.
