Capture with Convenience
Snap a photo of a document and upload it via our mobile app. Alternatively, you can upload or email documents directly to the software. You can even upload a multi-document file and use BGL SmartDocs 360 to split it into multiple files.
Seamless Data Integration
Automate your data workflows by seamlessly integrating with Xero. All of your Xero Categories and Contacts are synchronised with BGL SmartDocs 360.
Convert Bank Statements
Convert bank statements to CSV format, ready to import in Xero. Optionally, you can automatically categorise transactions and export a pre-coded CSV.
Extract, Classify and Publish
Effortlessly extract data, including single line items, automatically categorise transactions, then publish invoices, journals and bills to Xero
SmartDocs 360 + Xero
- Convert bank statements from PDF to CSV format. The option to export pre-coded transaction categorisation is also available.
- Scanned or captured bills, invoices, receipts, rental property statements, and property settlement statements. Data extracted from these documents can be pushed directly into Xero.
