What Tofu does not do
For clarity: Tofu does not implement Xero account mapping or payment mapping. Instead, it focuses on accurate data capture, file management, exception handling, and knowledge retention. Account allocations within Xero are handled using Xero’s own chart of accounts settings.

Create your Tofu account, set up a new organization, and add a new entity.

Connect Xero to your chosen entity and grant permission. Tofu will sync securely with your organization.

Run your first batch. Tofu extracts invoice data, prepares clean bills for review, and automatically creates a new invoice in Xero.
