Amazing products and services

We have an amazing experinces with zeller. Payment is fast and smooth, never have a problems. Intregation with xero even make our business life easier. Thank you.

Usually good, with some issues

We generally find the system OK, but with the following issues. The recording of refunds and associated fees in the settlement process is unclear. We recently had a couple of payments not go through at point of sale. Sometimes telephone help desk is difficult to understand. There were issues accessing the account for office staff when staff member who set up the account was away.

Take the plunge

If you are sitting on the fence wondering if Zeller is the right choice. Just do it; the payments are super fast, no more monthly rentals and you can use the card for business payments easily as well. To top all that reconciling it all in Xero is a breeze. Very happy.
