    The Splose + Xero integration is the all-in-one solution to automatic reconciliation for your practice.

    Features include:

    • Sync all of your invoices to clients and third parties (including plan managers) directly to your Xero account along with the item description, chart of accounts and tax rates.
    • Reconcile using bank feeds or add a bulk payment to mark invoices in Splose as paid.
    • Assign individual accounts to services and payment types to control your accounting.
    • Clients and third-party contacts are created in Xero or matched with existing contacts.
    • Import and create tax rates.
    • Supports select international tax rates.
    • See the real-time invoice status in Splose and Xero.
    • Invite your accountant/bookkeeper to your Splose workspace for free.

    Splose + Xero = Integration Heaven

    When I first heard about Splose, I was a firm Acuity advocate, but the 2-way integration with Xero was what pushed me over the line. I signed up with both Xero and Splose and couldn't be happier. Nicholas, from Splose, is incredibly helpful and the site is constantly being updated, improved and developed, and the integration with Xero is top-notch. Highly recommended!

    Cannot recommend Splose highly enough. I love having an Australian Company managing my practice platform - everything integrated, seamless and simple. But if you do get stuck, Nick is the most patient, helpful person to help you get it sorted. What's more, they listen to your particular needs in your practice and they try really hard to meet those niche needs with specific solutions, I haven't regretted one moment since joining Splose.

    Absolutely Awesome

    One of the reasons I chose Splose was for the 2 way integration with Xero. Some of the other practice/booking management systems didn't have this. 95% of my clients pay via direct deposit or via their NDIS case manager and this feature was vital. Splose is an absolute dream to use. Incredibly easy to book appointments on the fly while in a session with a client and the ability to customise forms that are easily emailed or send via SMS has been a game changer. It saves me hours of admin time. The support and follow up from Splose is second to none - they exist and are always there to answer my questions or follow up incredibly quickly.
