OneHQ + Xero
OneHQ integrates with Xero in two ways: through your clients' Xero organisations for accounting and payroll data, and through your practice's Xero Practice Manager (XPM) for client and practice information.
XPM remains your single source of truth for client records. Your clients, groups, partners and managers stay in XPM, with no need to maintain a second client list or change how you manage your practice data.
OneHQ builds on that foundation, connecting your XPM clients to the rest of your practice. Calls, emails, SMS, documents, jobs, ATO correspondence, AML checks and more are brought together in one place, giving your team a complete view of each client and their related entities.
Through the Xero accounting integration, OneHQ also brings live financial information into the client record, supporting financial insights, tax planning and year-end workflows.

Getting started
- Sign up with Xero. Click "Get this app", sign in with Xero, and confirm your details.
- We provision your practice. Our team contacts you and creates your practice with your firm's name on it, so you never start on a blank screen.
- Connect your tools. A short setup wizard connects XPM (your client list) first, then Xero, your files (Dropbox or OneDrive), your email and your calendars. You can skip any step and come back later from Settings > Integrations.
- Invite your team. A Partner sends invite links from Settings > Users & Permissions, and each person joins with their role already assigned.
