Overview
Nimble by Voltex is a collection of services purpose built for electricians in Australia (New Zealand to come!).
Currently these services are related to job management (scheduling, quoting, invoicing), but that will likely change over time as the needs of electricians become clearer.
The goal of Nimble is to make the life of an electrician easier. We like to think of it as “job management simplified”.
Nimble is FREE to all.
Nimble by Voltex + Xero
If you have connected your Xero account to Nimble, your invoices are automatically sent to Xero when you send an invoice to your customers or mark an invoice as sent.
Once connected, invoices sent (or marked as sent) in Nimble will be automatically pushed to your Xero account. Click Disconnect from Xero to remove the integration.

Create a one-way sync from Nimble to Xero for your invoices.
Follow this step-by-step guide to help you integrate Xero with the Nimble by Voltex app.
Prerequisites: You must create an account with Nimble
Web:
- Login to Nimble
- Click Settings
- Click the Integrations tab.
- Click Connect to Xero. Login or sign up to Xero and follow the prompts.
- Once connected, invoices created in Nimble will be automatically pushed to your Xero account. Click Disconnect from Xero to remove the integration.
iOS:
- Login to Nimble
- Click Profile
- Click the Integrations tab.
- Click Connect to Xero. Login or sign up to Xero and follow the prompts.
- Once connected, invoices sent (or marked as sent) in Nimble will be automatically pushed to your Xero account. Click Disconnect from Xero to remove the integration.
Android:
- Login to Nimble
- Click Profile
- Click the Integrations tab.
