MyAgentive is a dedicated AI Employee for accounting firms, bookkeeping practices and the small businesses they serve. It is not a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard. It is one AI worker with its own private server, its own memory of your clients and your way of working, and a library of over 100 skills and integrations it uses to do real work in Xero.

What it does every week
- Reconciliation support. Imports bank statements, surfaces unreconciled items, and turns a Xero bank reconciliation report into a client-ready queries spreadsheet.
- Missing paperwork. Finds money-out transactions with no attachment, ranks them by GST and dollar value, drafts the polite chase email, and tracks every follow-up.
- BAS. Pulls GST 1A and 1B, computes the summary, and runs a pre-lodgement audit for miscoding, capital items, unreconciled lines and non-deductibles. Produces a branded client BAS pack with a queries workbook.
- Ledger audit. 78 detection rules across 8 risk categories, with a Data Quality Score per client, workpapers for the file, and your own alert rules written in plain English.
- Payroll and super. ATO payroll checks, OTE compliance against SGR 2009/2, W1 to P&L reconciliation, and late super guarantee caught using the Sent-to-Fund date the ATO cares about.

MyAgentive + Xero
How MyAgentive connects
MyAgentive connects through Xero's OAuth 2.0. You click Connect, sign in on Xero's own page, tick the organisations you want, and approve. No Xero password ever reaches MyAgentive: only a scoped, revocable token, encrypted at rest in your AI Employee's own key vault and refreshed automatically. Disconnecting inside MyAgentive revokes the app at Xero, so it also disappears from your Connected Apps list.
Bulk connections. Practices connect many client organisations in a single sign-in instead of repeating consent per client. Small businesses can connect a single organisation instead.
Permission presets. Choose Read-only, Standard (read and write), or Standard plus Practice Manager when you connect, so the app only ever holds the access you intend to give it.
Xero Practice Manager connects as its own separate consent, and adds jobs, tasks, staff and unbilled WIP to the practice dashboard.
Per-user access. On a multi-user (team mate) AI Employee, each Xero connection can be shared with the whole team, kept private, or shared with named colleagues.
Data out of Xero
Contacts, invoices, bills, credit notes, purchase orders, payments, bank transactions and accounts, chart of accounts, tracking categories, manual journals and the general ledger, attachments, tax rates, organisation details, Australian payroll (employees, pay runs, pay items, super), and the reporting suite: profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, aged receivables and payables, GST and tax reports.
Data into Xero
Sales invoices and bills, purchase orders, contacts, spend and receive money transactions, payments, manual journals, and source documents attached to the transactions they belong to.
Automation and workflows
- Scheduled work. Nightly ledger audits, weekly practice KPI reports and monthly compliance digests run on their own and land in your inbox or chat.
- Multi-organisation sweeps. One instruction runs across every connected organisation: portfolio health checks, BAS batches, EOFY readiness.
- Mailbox to ledger. Scans connected Gmail and Microsoft 365 mailboxes for invoice PDFs, works out which Xero organisation each belongs to, and attaches it to the matching bill or spend transaction, duplicates skipped.
- Client registry sync. Your Xero organisations sync into the MyAgentive client register, so every task, report and finding is filed against the right client.
- Alerts. Plain-English rules such as "tell me when a payment over $10,000 goes to a new supplier" are validated and dry-run before they go live, and they are read-only by design.
Control and safety
Every write to Xero is confirmed with you first, and purchase orders are created as drafts, Email creted as draft in your mailbox. Read-only mode is available for firms that want the analysis without the write access. Your ledger data is processed on your own dedicated Australian server and never trains an AI model.

Getting started
Most practices are working in MyAgentive on the same day they sign up.
1. Book a 30-minute setup call
Tell us what you want your AI Employee to take off your plate first: BAS, reconciliation queries, chasing receipts, client reporting, or practice-wide monitoring. We use this to pick the right skill sets and plan.
2. Your AI Employee is deployed within the hour
You get your own dedicated AI Employee on its own private server in Australia. Single tenant, not a shared account on someone else's platform. You receive your sign-in link, and your team can join with Google or Microsoft single sign-on.
3. Connect Xero in about a minute
Open Connections, choose Xero, and pick a permission preset: Read-only, Standard, or Standard plus Practice Manager. Click Connect. You sign in on Xero's own page, tick the organisations you want (practices can select many at once), and approve. That is it. No API keys, no client secrets, no copying tokens.
Connect the rest of your stack from the same screen: Microsoft 365 or Gmail, your CRM, Google Drive or SharePoint, and your calendar.
4. Import your clients
Ask it to sync your client register from Xero, and every organisation becomes a client record. Tasks, findings and reports are then filed against the right client automatically.
5. Ask it to do something real
Start with a job you already know the answer to, so you can check its work:

- "Prepare the BAS summary for these five clients and flag anything that looks miscoded."

6. Teach it your way of working
Give it your checklists, your report templates and your tone. It remembers. On Team and above you can create your own skills, so a process you explain once becomes something the whole team can run.

Ledger audits nightly, a practice KPI report every Monday, a compliance digest at the start of each month. Set it in the Scheduled view and the work simply arrives.
