Getting started
1. Click “Get this app” Locate and click the "Get this app" button on this Xero App Store page. You'll be redirected to the Lutra AI platform to create your account or log in.
2. Connect your Xero account Once you're in Lutra AI, go to the Tools section. There, you’ll see the option to connect Xero. Just follow the on-screen prompts to securely link your Xero account. We use Xero’s official OAuth process, so your data stays safe and protected.
3. Set up your first workflow Now for the exciting part! In Lutra AI's intuitive natural language interface, simply tell Lutra what you want to automate. For example: "When a new sale is marked as 'closed won' in my CRM, create a draft invoice in Xero for the customer." Or "Every Monday, pull a summary of outstanding invoices from Xero and send it to my Slack channel."
4. Review and activate Lutra will turn your instructions into an automated workflow. You can review what it built, make any adjustments, and turn it on when you’re ready.
