Once connected, LoftyWorks stays connected. Invoices or bills added to Xero take less than 40 seconds on average to appear in LoftyWorks.
Generation of invoices and demands is performed at 02:00 UTC time each day.
Users have full control over configuring LoftyWorks to be used as an agent or landlord setup.
LoftyWorks lets you customise Xero stationary, include/exclude taxes, work with Xero contact groups, automatically send invoices/demands upon generation or up to 30 days in advance.
LoftyWorks also makes use of Xero tracking categories enabling users to report effectively in Xero against a property by expense or income.
