Guardhouse + Xero
Guardhouse has a seamless integration with Xero for both payroll process and invoice generation. Guardhouse will calculate all the relevant pays, including the breakdown by pay categories for various pay cycles. Data is then transferred to Xero where the payroll is processed. This removes the need for manual data entry and simplifies the calculation of pay amounts.
Guardhouse also generates invoices from timesheet approval. Once these invoices are generated in Guardhouse they can then be uploaded via a CSV to Xero to create draft invoices.
Getting started
Guardhouse and Xero set up is very easy. All you need to do is connect your Xero account to Guardhouse. From there we have the ability to map pay items and employees in Guardhouse. Once this is complete all that will need to happen is a timesheet approval process then transfer to Xero via one click.
We have the ability to add tracking codes for both payroll and invoicing.
