DappleOS integrates seamlessly with Xero by automatically pushing daily sales each night into Xero as a consolidated invoice. This removes the need for manual data entry and ensures consistency between your clinical operations and financial accounts. Once the invoice is created in Xero, users can quickly reconcile their bank payments against it, making end-of-day and monthly bookkeeping far more efficient. The integration also supports flexibility by allowing clinics to map items through tracking categories and sales accounts, so invoices in Xero are structured in a way that matches each practice’s unique reporting needs. By combining automation with customization, DappleOS helps clinics save time, reduce errors, and maintain accurate, reliable financial records that give owners, managers, and accountants full confidence in their reporting and compliance.

This allows users to easily reconcile bank payments against those invoices without manual entry. Clinics can also customize how sales appear in Xero by mapping items through tracking categories and sales accounts, ensuring the data is structured in a way that matches their financial reporting needs.
Getting started
To set up the Xero integration, you must already be an active DappleOS customer. In your DappleOS dashboard, go to Settings and select Accounting Integrations. Click Connect with Xero, then log in to your Xero account and authorise the connection. Once the integration is complete, you can configure tracking categories and sales accounts in DappleOS to customise how your sales appear in Xero invoices.
