Overview

BuRPS is easy-to-use for staff at any skill level and will integrate seamlessly with your current payroll and POS system. Employee rostering and business budgeting has never been easier.

Our Interactive 'Visual Roster' allows you to produce optimal rosters quickly for each department or the entire store. See at a glance where you can trim rostered hours or swap staff around to fill shifts.

The Staff Portal allows your employees to request time off and update their availability through their phone. Once the Manager approves these requests they feed directly into the Rostering system.

For New Employees, our On-Boarding is a great time-saver - they just fill-in all their information electronically, you approve it and it flows into BuRPS and into Xero.

Track Attendance with the latest Biometric time-clocks with fingerprint and now Face-Recognition - staff can clock-in just by looking at the screen!

BuRPS performs all Award Interpretation, ensuring compliance with Awards (or your own Agreements). Get an accurate Roster Cost in-advance, and an accurate Payroll calculation. BuRPS integrates with Xero to send payroll information, so there is no re-keying.

Questions:

Hi, Can you let me know if our employees can clock in/out and record their hours worked via a timesheet and not a roster. We have multiple site and employees sometimes move from one job site to another during the course of the day. Does BuRPS have option to add job site locations? Does BuRPS have the option when it integrates with Xero to pick up overtime hours separately? All our employees are on an awards. we pay above the awards. How would BuRPS handle this process? thanks Maria
