Overview

Appogee Leave Track and monitor all types of absences across your business. Whether it is calculating Annual Leave, seeing who is Working From Home, tracking Sickness, Maternity Leave, or anything else, you can set up all absence types in Appogee Leave. With our powerful reporting tools, you can also generate up-to-date absence monitoring reports in just a few clicks. What's more, you can use the Slack integration to see when colleagues are off without leaving Slack.

Appogee HR Essentials Online cloud-based HR software (HRMS or HRIS) is perfect for storing employee records and compliance. Securely file employee information, records, and company documents such as policies in a central, accessible cloud-based location. Access to data is controlled securely through User, Manager, HR Manager and Admin roles. Create your own checklists to manage processes and set up office locations with capacity management, as well as employee clock in & timesheets. Includes Appogee Leave as well as the DocuSign and Slack integration.

Appogee HR Success To supercharge your HR management, our Appogee HR Success package also provides an online onboarding portal, company newsfeed, employee culture surveys, advanced performance management software, DocuSign, Slack integration, and much more. Includes Appogee Leave & Appogee HR Essentials.

Appogee Time Tracker (available as an add-on only) Appogee Time Tracker can help you manage all of your project time tracking needs including actuals, estimates, budgets, employee roles, billable and non-billable utilisation as well as recording staff locations, book areas in the office & manage your office capacity, review staff working hours and breaks with online timesheets and clock-in/clock-out functionality. Single Entry - Ensure you have a single entry point for both sets of employee profiles in Appogee HR and Xero payroll. No duplication of workloads and information is automatically updated.

Up-to-date staff data - Allow your employees to keep personal information up to date in Appogee HR as and when their details change with employee self-service.

Appogee HR has been a game-changer for our small non-profit organisation!

The integration with Xero has made managing our HR and payroll processes more efficient and with less mistakes. Appogee integration with Xero

Integrating systems often promises much and delivers little - but in this case the opposite is true. Easy access to payslips for users is a big win as is the pre population of info in Xero for our finance team. Highly recommend

Valuable tool

Great product and excellent customer service. The highly configurable out of the box workflows are perfect for capturing approvals from across the business. Its certainly helped streamline the bill and purchase order approval process and our external auditors really appreciate being able to view everything in one place with the added benefit of being able to work remotely. We have also created several of our own workflows to capture approvals in areas outside of accounting too which have proven very useful.
