Overview
Clearer AML compliance. More control for your practice.
Proven for 18 years, AMLCC helps accountancy, property and legal practices manage anti-money laundering compliance, risk and training in one connected platform. Reduce repetitive admin, understand your risks and keep the evidence behind your decisions organised.
Reduce repeat data entry
Import client details from Xero Practice Manager into AMLCC to reduce rekeying. Optional reusable client profiles provide a comprehensive starting point for similar client risk assessments, ready to review and tailor to each client's circumstances.
Connect client risks to your business
Linked business and client risk assessments show how risks across your client base contribute to your practice's wider exposure. Practical guidance helps you ask relevant questions, record your judgement and decide how to manage identified risks.
Keep client due diligence in one place
Bring together client information, beneficial ownership details, risk assessments and supporting documents. Access optional digital biometric identity verification and PEP, sanctions and adverse media checks, with ongoing screening to help you identify changes.
Put your policies into practice
Create and maintain policies, controls and procedures tailored to your services and risks. Record senior management approval and staff acknowledgement, with previous versions retained to show what applied and when. Updated templates and guidance help you keep pace with changing AML requirements.
Build your team's AML confidence
Online AML training videos and tests help staff, senior managers and money laundering reporting officers (MLROs) understand their responsibilities and recognise warning signs. Training records and test results make it easier to demonstrate completion and identify where support is needed.
Know what needs attention
A live dashboard brings together client risks, due diligence progress, training and expiring documents, helping you prioritise work and allocate resources.
Be ready to explain your decisions
Record internal suspicious activity reports and decisions, retain supporting evidence and download reports for supervisory reviews. A dated audit trail helps you show what was done, when and why.
Less repetition. Clearer oversight. More confidence in your AML.
AMLCC + Xero
Connect Xero Practice Manager with AMLCC
Bring client details from Xero Practice Manager (XPM) into AMLCC to reduce manual data entry and get your client due diligence underway more efficiently.
Secure connection, straightforward setup
Connect through a secure API using OAuth 2.0 authorisation. A few straightforward steps let you authorise the connection and import your client data into AMLCC.
Automatic client-type mapping
AMLCC uses each client's business structure in XPM to assign the corresponding AMLCC client type. This determines which specific client risks are assessed.
Before importing, make sure each client's business structure is correctly completed in XPM. This helps your client data flow into the right AMLCC assessments.
Reduce duplicate records
If a client's name exactly matches an existing client name in your AMLCC account, that client is skipped during the import. This helps prevent the same client being added again when you repeat the process.
Import new clients when you need to
As you add clients to XPM, simply run the import again from AMLCC to bring their details across. You choose when to import, keeping client setup straightforward as your practice grows.

Getting started
Get started with AMLCC and Xero Practice Manager
- Set up your AMLCC account
Register for AMLCC or sign in to your existing account. New subscribers receive their login details by email to choose a unique password and set up MFA. Follow the setup guidance to complete your firm details and create the individual logins needed for your money laundering reporting officer and staff.
- Check your Xero Practice Manager client details
Before importing, make sure each client's business structure is correctly completed in Xero Practice Manager (XPM). AMLCC uses this information to assign the client type, which determines the relevant risk assessment questions.
- Authorise the connection
Start the XPM connection process from AMLCC and follow the on-screen steps to authorise access securely using OAuth 2.0. Once connected, you can import your client details into AMLCC.
- Import and review your clients
Run the import to bring client details across into the corresponding AMLCC client types. Clients whose names exactly match an existing client name in your AMLCC are skipped. Review the imported details and client types before completing your client assessments.
- Put your AML processes in place
Use AMLCC's guidance to complete or review your business risk assessment, tailor your policies, controls and procedures, and arrange staff training. Work through each client's due diligence and risk assessment, recording the evidence and decisions relevant to their circumstances.
- Bring in new clients as your practice grows
Whenever you add clients to XPM, run the import again from AMLCC to bring their details across.
