Great expense platform with a Support Team who listen to you
We’ve been impressed with how seamless the integration between ExpenseOnDemand and Xero has been over the past year.
The team at ExpenseOnDemand has used our feedback to make the setup even more user-friendly, including exporting receipts with expenses and automatically importing credit card transactions.
This has simplified our monthly tasks, and we’re confident we’ll continue using both systems long-term.

Automate Your Credit Card Process Effortlessly with ExpenseOnDemand
We have been using ExpenseOnDemand for the past three months. We asked them to add a feature for automatic credit card transaction import, and they did it in two months - thank you ExpenseOnDemand.
Now, transactions are imported in seconds using the automated bank feed, and receipts are matched automatically to each transaction, saving us a lot of time.
This feature makes ExpenseOnDemand a great choice for users looking for automation.

ExpenseOnDemand - a powerful tool that works seamlessly with Xero.
For us, ExpenseOnDemand easily syncs employee records, expense categories, and receipts, making our workflow much simpler.
Real-time data transfer to Xero helps us run monthly batch payments quickly and efficiently.
Its ability to handle multiple companies lets us manage expenses across all our businesses without hassle.
What I appreciate most is how customisable it is to fit specific needs, and how easy it is to use on both web and mobile. Plus, you can add features to your subscription over time, which makes it flexible for your needs.

Support Service that comes with a smile
We've been using ExpenseOnDemand for approximately six months, and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. We are quite impressed with both the product itself and the exceptional team behind ExpenseOnDemand. Their customer support is not just responsive, but also proactive in addressing our inquiries and considering our suggestions for future enhancements.
Our employees have effortlessly adapted to the ExpenseOnDemand app, effectively resolving the issue of missing receipts and simplifying the expense submission process.
The integration with Xero and the instant posting of expenses directly into Xero has been instrumental in improving our expense tracking and receipt management. This integration is particularly beneficial for small to medium-sized businesses like ours.
One feedback - it would be great if the app had the direct credit card integration for my corporate card transactions from Xero straight into ExpenseOnDemand.

A great expense app for managing multiple companies
We've been using ExpenseOnDemand and Xero across multiple entities, and it's been a game-changer for us. The streamlined process has made accounting for both our companies and our employees a great time saver.
With ExpenseOnDemand, the time saved on data entry and reconciliation is impressive—around 4 hours per month for me alone. The simplicity of capturing receipts and adding descriptions in the notes field has made managing expenses incredibly straightforward.
The integration with Xero takes it to the next level. Employees can easily scan or upload expenses via the web or their smartphones. With just one click, I can approve their submissions, and with another click, the expense is seamlessly created in Xero.
