Wink has been the answer I have been looking for when reporting from WFM. You can manipulate the data from many different sections of WFM in one location. No more spreadsheets/ V Lookups, pivots tables etc. The team are very helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this service!

In addition to that, they have more typical reports that we use for tracking advertisers, closing rate, divisions, ect. Combination of the custom reports and the typical reports we get with Wink gives us a very power field service program that is custom fit for us.
