With Katana, you can prioritize orders and see raw materials and finished goods availability in real time. Katana automatically follows the stock movements across the production cycle in multiple warehouses allowing you to maintain optimal inventory levels and optimize production planning with real time notifications.
Build bill of materials (BOM) and track material availability for make-to-order workflows or fulfill orders from available product stock. Easily create, set up, and remove shop floor operators and receive real-time manufacturing insights from the Katana Shop Floor App. You can also use BOMs to track manufacturing costs based on product recipes and production operations.

Katana + Xero
Create invoices and bills from Katana that automatically update your Xero account. Click the created invoice or bill in Katana to open the document in Xero. You can also set up automatic sales order imports from Xero to Katana via Zapier.
Getting started
Start by signing up for a free 14-day trial to see Katana in action. Once signed up, open the Integrations list from the Settings menu and connect your Xero account.
A short onboarding tour will take you through a couple of configuration steps, and you're all set. Katana also has an extensive Knowledge Base with articles and videos to get you on track in no time.
