Set your tax codes & sync your Account Codes from Xero to your Line Items in GoProposal. When you produce a proposal, we can pull existing contacts from Xero or GoProposal can create new ones.

When the proposal is accepted, the draft invoices are created in Xero for you to approve.

Essential software to stop scope creep

Goproposal is a great product, it allows us to quote confidently and quickly knowing we are charging for everything. We can now make sure that a quote is sent out within an hour of an enquiry, by any of our team. This looks professional and demonstrates our expertise in the digital market. I can't imagine having to quote without it Goproposal now.

Transformative Software & Exceptional Support

GoProposal helped me focus on the pricing structure at Knutsford Admin Limited. The support webinars and motivational language used are encouraging. This is a software driven by passion and all the team enthuse that energy through to the customers. If you need to address pricing in your business and you need your team to all be on board, and smiling too, then do look at GoProposal.

Great Product

It streamlines both the onboarding process, including the KYC, risk assessments for AML and the engagement letters. Allowing more time to focus on your clients' other needs.
