Intuitive, clean and easy to use
Katana is an incredible tool to manage stock for small business. Its capability allows for stock analysis allows all businesses to access data only big business formally had access to.

Great product and support
Katana is a very simple but powerful application that has give a complete view of our stock, production and ordering process. The support team have helped me to get it ready which has been awesome.

Solid capability with ease of use
Katana has been great for our company as we were using spreadsheets earlier. Sales Orders driving Work Orders which drive Purchase Orders and inventory visibility.
I also appreciate how willing they are to make updates and corrections.

Expensive and insecure
The pricing is similar to Tier One providers of fully functional ERP solutions. There is only 2 levels of user, full access users with too much access or warehouse workers with limited use. Sales and finance team will need full access which is wide open and a security problem. After using the trial version, I can say it has potential, fees need to halve and security needs to double!

For user permissions we're aware we have room for improvement, and just around the corner in Q3 '22 is a planned launch of a new and improved version with much more flexibility. This is currently being built out, thanks for your feedback on this topic!
For clarity on the current situation, we currently though we have 3 levels of user permissions;
Owner - access to all functions, including billing and delete all button.
User - access to all functions, excl billing and delete all button.
Operator - only shop-floor app access.
Additionally, it takes 4 separate steps to clear all account data in settings, including typing out your email address in full. It's also restricted to only the owner of the account.
I hope you find a solution for your needs out there for your needs Bill, sorry it couldn't be us this time!

Katana's Platform is great for managing stock levels and incoming orders! Only improvement would be if we were able to edit the item description on Quotes before sending.
