How to get started:
- Click 'Get this app': Select the 'Get this app' button at the top of this Xero App Store page. This is the fastest, easiest way to launch your conversion request.
- Complete the simple conversion form: Select ‘Convert Now’ on the CloudConvert website to access the conversion form. Fill in basic contact details so our team can establish your secure file portal.
- Share your accounting data: Upload a backup or export file from your current system, or securely share temporary login credentials.
- We build your Xero organisation: Our team creates a free Xero trial account and executes the migration using our automated algorithms.
- Access your new Xero setup: Most conversions are completed within 2 business days. Once complete, we transfer full administrative ownership of your new Xero organisation to you and remove our access.
What happens after conversion? Once you receive access to your new Xero organisation:
- Verify your financial data: Compare your closing trial balance from your previous system with the converted balances in Xero.
- Connect your bank feeds: Set up your live bank feeds in Xero for ongoing bank reconciliation.
- Review your VAT reporting: Use VAT reports from your previous system alongside Xero reports where your conversion falls within a VAT period.
