Doesn't work
I spoken with the paystack team now, they said its a bug on their side and will fix it. 3 months later they say its fixed. Still doesn't work.

In this case, the issue you encountered was due to a feature that the current version of the app doesn't support, rather than a bug. We're currently working on it, and it should be available soon. We’ll be sure to share updates as soon as it’s live.

Bugs and poor support
The Paystack integration with Xero is not stable and has bugs. We're currently left stranded where card payments don't work through Xero invoice with poor response from Paystack to resolve this

Easy payments and setup, but needs a bank feed
Definitely a 5 out of 5 for me in terms of setup (took 5/10m), customer experience, debit orders/subscriptions, look/feel in the dashboard and payments showing in the main business account, however a bank feed would be a amazing for a full five out of five.

Bad integration & No resolution yet from Paystack
The experience with Paystack's team has been thoroughly disappointing and inefficient. Their integration overlooks a critical aspect of Xero usage—many of us rely on the Bank Feed feature to synchronize transactions automatically. Instead, installing the Paystack app adds a redundant "Paystack Clearing Account." This not only duplicates every payout transaction in our Xero account but also leads to confusion with an existing bank feed. I have repeatedly reached out to their support team and even had a direct call to discuss a resolution. Unfortunately, their follow-up has been lackluster, with no clear communication on when the issue will be resolved. This oversight has significantly disrupted our accounting processes.

We're deeply sorry to hear that you've had a poor experience using and getting support for our app. Your support ticket is being reviewed, and one of our Customer Success Managers will reach out to resolve the issue asap. Regarding the app's user experience, the app isn't currently integrated with Xero's Bank Feed feature. However, the Bank Feed feature is currently in development and will be available soon. We're sorry about the issues this has caused for your reconciliation, and our CSM will escalate this to our development team to find a stopgap solution for you.
