Great, easy software

Setup was a bit painful and unclear, but once onboarded it's been an absolute lifesaver both in terms of money and time.

Great Service

The team was super helpful to get us set up and make sure everything was working! It is quite easy to log in and make payments. The integration with Xero has worked seamlessly.

Personable, Reliable

We have loved our experience with SparcPay! We have tons of vendors to pay, and Sparc has worked with us to make registration and payments easy and smooth. The customer service they provide is UNBELIEVABLE. If you have an issue, they will take care of it almost immediately. 5 stars, excellent service!

Xero AP to Sparcpay is great

Sparcpay deployed their latest integration where it lets you pull bills form Xero and allows you to process EFTs or cheques from Sparcpay. You can centralize all your bills to pay and use Xero's fast scraping feature and record repetitive bills. Then you can delegate on a fine grain level final approval and release of payments using their multi-level approvals on Sparcpay. There's other features that let's you ignore certain vendors if you're on PAD. It's got MFA and audit trails. I'm getting all my clients on this workflow.

Cumbersome for Infrequent Use

The app works great and the pricing is outstanding. Tech support is excellent and fast. However, I only use the service infrequently. Consequently, the app disconnects from Xero between uses and I have to go through the ENTIRE setup process to use it again. This includes Sparcpay electronic agreement, which must be approved by a human being and slows things down for my infrequent bill payments that aren't handled by a credit card.

Thanks for your positive feedback on our pricing and customer support. Most of our clients pay more than 1 bill per month which maintains their site's active status. Accounts that are idle for long periods of time may be moved to a dormant state for security reasons. We are glad to see your account was promptly reactivated and that you have been successfully issuing payments since.

Positive Payment System

We at Positive Accounting have been using SparcPay for Several years. It is an amazingly robust payment system. We truly appreciated the fact that we needed this process to work for with Xero and SparcPay built out the process with Positive Accounting Betaing the system. We have used many different payment portals in the cloud space for almost 9 years now and SparcPay by far is superior to all. We love it and our clients love it.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
