Great platform to see all entities on one page and eliminate as needed. Very smooth and efficient and the constant improvements help as well. Very important software in our finance function.

Month end reporting
I do like the flexibility of the month end reporting and consolidations. It really does help a lot so that you don't need to go into each Xero instance. Only thing I would say, parameters are carried through to all reports, so this I would change. If you set parameters for the P&L, then this flows through to Balance sheet and Cash flow. Only negative I have.

We have some great news regarding report filters. We're currently working on a feature that will allow you to lock report filters to specific reports, just as you suggested. The feature is coming very soon - I already have a test version in operation!
In the meantime, we have a workaround that might help. We'll drop you an email with the details shortly. As soon as the new feature is live, I'll update you.

Month end reporting
We use Joiin to help with tight turnarounds at month end. It is extremly helpful and allows us to focus on more 'addig value' month end activities.
