I am surprised there are so many 1 star reviews. Saved me heaps of time downloading receipts from emails. I can now just forward them to hubdoc and it pull the receipt out into xero. Great value for the price.

Basic functionality would be nice. OCR Tech has existed since the 90s yet this is still somehow behind that. It's honestly just so awful

Unusable app that will NOT work with the worlds most popular browser - Google Chrome. Go to the corner and hang your heads in shame.

invochi chrome extension works much better and is easier to use

We loaded Hubdocs with the view of streamlining the capture of receipts. We expected at least name and value recognition on receipts but no. We found it very clunky, and not at all intuitive. Did not appear to be integrated into XERO at all. The processes were more time consuming than scanning receipts manually and uploading them to a folder for attachment into XERO. It should be a great tool but needs a lot of love and upgrading.

I had to manually enter everything that was on the PDF, then wrestle with the options (some issue with line items which, when I could get it to appear kept wiggling on screen) and then publish it to Xero - so I would have saved plenty of time by doing it Xero in the first place. This should be built into Xero (and this ancient tool retired)
