I reached out to Joiin support in March asking about a way to group or collapse columns in a custom P&L report by Category. At the time, it wasn’t possible, but they were super responsive and advised that they would work on it. Now, they’ve actually done it! The new grouping feature works perfectly and solves a major pain point for my reporting. Huge thanks to Joiin team for listening to feedback and implementing it. Amazing service and continuous improvement.
