As a long time Karbon user, Vinyl was the natural choice for our firm to use as its "note and analyzer taker" It summarizes meetings for accountants better than any other note taker that we have used(Fathom, Goggle Meet, and Zoom). The best part for us is that Vinyl even records face to face meetings directly from my MacBookPro computer. And of course the integration with our Karbon time lines is icing on the cake!

Vinyl has quickly become one of my favourite tech tools. The AI notetaker jumps into my meetings automatically and delivers clear, accurate summaries straight to my inbox within minutes. I can personalise them for clients or add them directly into our Karbon workflows. It has saved me time, especially when preparing follow-ups or documenting conversations for the team. The new mobile app is another great step forward, and I’m really looking forward to using the in-app AI to search back through our growing history of meetings. It’s easy to use, and the support from the Vinyl team has been excellent.

The transpose is the most accurate I have seen and the action points are highly accurate. Very little human intervention necessary.

While I have nothing to compare this with, Vinyl's AI notetaker exceeds expectations. The notetaker jumps into my meetings, and then the summary lands in my inbox very soon after. The key discussion points are accurate and the action list is really good. I use it to send a quick, personalised meeting summary to clients or add to my file notes. I'm also excited to start using their AI within the app to look for information on past meetings as we start to build our library of meetings out. Such a great feature. And the new release of the phone app recently is just levelling up on Vinyl's part.

This app has changed how we do meetings. The notes are accurate, the saving to FYI is so efficient. We have also been able to generate content for client instructions from within the meeting notes which has saved us a huge amount of time. Easy to use and the support has been great.

I have moved to Vinyl for my AI notetaker. I did this for a number of reasons. The support provided by Vinyl is amazing, they created a great picture for my AI notetaker. We use FYI, and Vinyl links directly with FYI, meaning we dont need to manually add in our meeting notes. Vinyl is launching a in person note taker which is going to be a game changer for the accounting practice.
