Content Snare makes requesting information from clients "set it and forget it". Following up is always the most time consuming part but CS makes it so easy with their automatic reminders. The user interface is also AMAZING!

Content Snare has made my life so much easier, and makes emailing queries old-school and far too inefficient. I could never go back. I no longer have to chase clients up and sort through emails to figure out what's still missing, create new lists, etc. Saves me a lot of time. Even the least tech-savvy clients have been able to use it with no problems at all.

We implemented Content Snare in our firm as we were wanting a tool to help us easily and efficiently gather information from our clients - and it's been an excellent experience so far. The ability to be able to review and push back to clients with queries has been invaluable. The templates make it so easy for us to collect the exact information that we need to onboard clients and prepare their tax returns. Also, with the data all being in a centralised place, rather than multiple employees email inboxes it gives great oversight so we’re not missing any information.
