Easy to use
My client uses ShiftCare for rostering her employees to look after NDIS clients.
I use it fortnightly to export timesheets into Xero for simpler and quicker payroll processing.
As long as ShiftCare has been mapped to the correct Xero pay items and the employee email addresses match in both systems, the integration is smooth and saves many hours every pay day.
A couple of years ago, I was providing bookkeeping services for multiple clients who used ShiftCare and initially this caused integration issues as the software was not configured for one user accessing multiple clients.
I was provided with a workaround and it worked smoothly since then.
This issue may have subsequently been fixed but I only have one client using ShiftCare now, so I am not sure.

Shift Care Xero Integration
This integration makes payroll and invoicing incredibly easy, accurate, and fast. The ability to map directly to Xero pay items and have updates flow through automatically for both part-time and casual staff saves us a huge amount of admin time. It has really streamlined our payroll and invoicing processes, reduced manual errors, and made the whole workflow far more efficient.

Xero and shiftcare
Shiftcare integrates very well with Xero. It saves mountains of time and is always right so we don't need to spend time verifying information is correct. Win Win.
