In terms of pricing, when we started back in 2012, (almost 13 years ago) our user licence price was just $29.99 per user per month. Despite monthly updates and improvements over those 13 years, we must almost be unique in that our core user price has never increased. After all this time, it is still just $29.99 per month per user. All we ask in return is that all active users on an account have their own login and pay the monthly licence fee, which is fair and also helps to ensure that your company data and activity is traceable and secure. In terms of your experience with our Client Success Team, we would love to resolve any issue that you have, we have checked and don't appear to have any open tickets, but please don't hesitate to call us if you have any technical support requirements, we would love to resolve them for you.
