This module is highly recommended to anyone using WHMCS and Xero. Pre-sales support was prompt and thorough, with John taking the time to answer all of my queries in detail. The integration was simple to install and configure and has worked without issue.

I would just like to extend a massive thank you to John over at Edge Hosting for his help in getting this setup and working with our Xero to WHMCS integration. This integration is perfect and the custom hook function allows us to get the data from WHMCS to Xero exactly as it needs to be! Thank you for your help, Highly Recommended!

We have been using this bridge at Quikclicks Web Design ( since it first launched back in 2013 and could not live without it. The guys in support always willing to help out and troubleshoot when something is not behaving the way it should. Highly recommend for all WHMCS and XERO users.

WHMCS allows for clients to create credits on their account for upcoming payments (aka an "Add Funds" Invoice). These need to be associated with the payment AND added as a credit (overpayment) within Xero. Edge Hosting have been speedy in their response as always, however to integrate this properly, they require Xero to support Overpayments in their API. If there is a separate location to vote this issue up, please point me to it! The integration between Xero and WHMCS is the only reason we are using Xero, so it would be fantastic if this was to be flawless in everything. (Including the weird situation where an "invoice" is raised for what is otherwise considered a payment in accounting terms. Just because WHMCS call it an apple, does not mean we should not be able to treat it accurately as an orange.)
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
