Seamless integration

I use Xero for the actual sending of invoices (although I might move this to Productive at some point), so being able to create the invoices in Productive with the benefit of it never invoicing the same logged time twice, and then copying the invoice to Xero, is a great time saver. The fact it matches up the clients between systems is an added benefit. Great work!

Love this integration

Being able to directly send Invoicing to Xero from Productive is awesome, saves me so much time. It is accurate and easy to use, finds the right customers intuitively. totally recommend it.

Super Easy Xero Integration

Having a direct link from Productive to Xero for invoicing saves our team so much time and effort. My PM's don't have access to Xero and my finance team doesn't always know all the specifics for invoicing. Our PM's can create in Productive and I can easy port them over once approved. It works Great!!

Best Xero integration I've used

We have used several project management products over the years and moved to Productive about 2 years ago. One of my favorite pieces of Productive is its strong integration with Xero. The app provides the ability to map customers, service items, etc and easily create the invoices in Productive and 'copy to Xero'. This is by far the easiest integration we've used and saves a lot of time.

We've been using both platforms for quite a while now and having a native integration has saved hours of work when invoicing time comes around. Works very well and overall great feedback.

This has been a HUGE timesaver, instead of spending hours each month creating quotes and invoices in Xero, I now just click "copy to Xero" and thats it done! Its also incredibly helpful knowing that all my data is in sync between Productive and Xero.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
