Not recommend for Australian market
Take the time to trial this appropriately. The sales pitch versus reality were two different matters. No 2 way sync with Xero and a number of workarounds were adding significant administrative time. The customer portal doesn’t show job titles and having a number of workarounds meant customers became confused and frustrated.
Terrible corporate model for dealing with issues. Sales pitch said yes it does XYZ, yet system didn’t do it and the workaround was poor. You’ll spend more time explaining your issues only to be passed onto the next person without resolve.
Not recommended for Australasian market.
