I started using Jirav in July of 2017. The pace of creating new features is exciting, the price is perfect for early-stage companies, & customer support is great. The budget to actual sync between Xero & Jirav is top notch. You go from hours of what used to be a manual error-prone process to 60 seconds. Other manual automation - say you want to hire a new Implementation Manager for every 20 new customers. with the click of a few buttons I setup that dependency. Comparable code in excel is cumbersome, buggy and not intuitive to your client. Jirav adds game-changing incremental value over excel for financial forecasts. Battle-tested with banks & VC associates.
Jirav is an excellent tool for dashboarding and planning by eliminating unnecessary data entry through multiple integration points. I can update our KPI and reports in just a few clicks after the month-end close. The ability to add custom metrics through a Google Sheets import allows me to keep management focused on the levers that drive growth and gives me back the time previously spent crunching numbers in Excel. For me, a true testament to any new technology product is the quality of the support team. The Jirav team sets a high bar for customer service in both support and training, and they have always been available to advise me on the best way to accomplish a reporting goal using their tool.
