Great customer service!

Easy to use, powerful cashflow!

Takes some effort to get it up to speed, but once it's implemented it's brilliant for cash flow management and realistic overview of money in and out on a weekly or even daily basis.

It's a really useful tool and the support team are always happy to help. It does need some adjusting, but for the value it gives, it's definitely worth using.

My accountant recommended Cash Flow Frog (CFF) after I had shared my experience of trying other apps, and not finding one that did what I needed it to. I was using a manual spreadsheet, and it wasn't perfect. So, when I started using Cash Flow Frog I immediately started saving time and energy. The CFF team have been really helpful and the set up call included with the Pro package was useful, although it is a very simple tool to use if you go it alone. I have always found the customer service team to be responsive, and they regularly reply quicker than they suggest on the estimated response time. I find the scenarios feature really useful as I am often giving new clients different package options, so modelling the likely income and expenditure helps me to forecast the impact of which option they might select. This feature is also useful when it comes to planning new services I might offer, and forecasting the 'cost of goods sold' and the sales goals I set the team before committing to the expenditure. I am glad I made the switch from a manual process to using this app as it has saved me time, and taken the stress out of cash flow forecasting.

Customer service takes sometimes days to respond which is not good enough in this day and age. Software is ok but they no longer update the app for new features.
