Easy if you follow the Xero documentation
Straightforward process to file. Go into Xero's Tax tab and complete the 1099 steps before connecting.

I like them
Fairly priced, easy to use. This is my third year using them and I haven't switched to Alara or whatever the new app of the year is with Xero.

First time using it seems easy!
First time using it to file 1099's - seems easy enough!
