I subscribed and paid the fee. I requested support integrating with Xero and was cancelled and "offboarded".

I switched to OnPay from Gusto a couple of years ago. OnPay's tech isn't quite as slick but the integration with Xero has been better and the customer service has never let me down. The two things I don't like are that they still don't have auto-run for salaries and they send you payroll reminder emails even for payrolls that you've already scheduled. But basically, it just works.

Xero is my favorite software, and the support I have received from Xero is exceptional. I have been using OnPay for my clients, and I love it. Customer service is very important to me; they provide excellent customer service.

Payroll used to be a chore - OnPay makes it seamless. I have converted multiple clients over to it and am glad that I did!
