horrible experience
called cust support 3 x to change the acct my payments flow into....they wrote back saying the problem was fixed(it wasnt) then they closed the case...time to move to square

NO, NO, NO
Funds not available into my account for 7 days after customer has paid. Taking to much % off each invoice! The moment my money is in my account (still waiting) ill be cancelling the subscription immediately.

Holding Payments & Rejecting without Notice
Awful and potentially threatening my business! They withheld payment for checking without notification. Then eventually sent us an email days later asking for business information, which then led them to cancelling our transactions and holding payments for even longer. Tens of thousands of our cashflow is now tied up in the system which we can't access and is causing a real risk to our operational cashflow! Customer service is shocking with zero accountability or open discussion. Avoid at all cost!
As a side note we were forced to use this app by XERO!

Terrible, DO NOT USE!
A customer entered wrong pin and payment failed, Stripe decided to put our account as a high risk level account because they think we are dealing with "unauthorised money", after submitting all the requested supporting documents they decided to close our account still but won't let you explain nothing except the robot generated emails. They lock up all the payments including those correct ones, neither pay to us nor refund to the customer, massive out of pocket cost to the business.

It's okay
Makes taking payments simple but I'm yet to find a way to offset the exact charge to the customer which makes reconciling painful to say the least
