Support desk were helpful and resolved my issues. My only difficulty was trying to book a 1-to-1 support call during the working day - I had to book 2 weeks ahead which did cause some delays.

Overall have found this integration incredibly disappointing. We used this for our invoice integration between shopify and xero and had multiple issues such as the invoice amounts being wrong, gift card redemption not showing up, random invoices on random days producing. There was also so many different clearing accounts created which were not needed, and our accounts were immediately overcomplicated. We did try to seek support however they would only respond to half of our questions, and were not able to support with the differing invoice amounts or have this remedied. After much back and forth over a few days and our issues still not be acknowledged or resolved we decided to disconnect the app. It is also noted this is a payout centric integration for shopify invoices which means you can not track your daily sales. Overall very disappointed.
