I have switched over from the WFM by Xero to by Bluerock. This is a great product, with great new changes making it suitable for current business needs.

This software is easy to understand. It aligns with Xero very well.

The software integrates seamlessly with Xero and provides us with the flexibility to record time and associated costs by job so we can give check on job profitability and invoiced time and costs. The reporting is the only area which is a bit cumbersome and needs some refinement.

It's adaptable to our needs and easy to create individual reports to ensure we're keeping track of time and budgets

WorkflowMax is a great time-saver for a small business. The integration with Xero is pretty much seamless and will get even better when multi-currency is introduced. The new Zapier integration is great and means we now have direct integration with our ISO9001 quality system.
