We are a construction and civil works company and have been using WorkFlowMax2 since its release. The platform is highly user-friendly, making it easy to manage our projects efficiently. The team at WorkflowMax is continually improving the system by adding both new and enhanced features. Their customer support is outstanding—always responsive and helpful whenever any issues arise.

Workflow max

I manage a busy bespoke joinery production which using Workflow max I can now create leads ,quotes and purchase orders which enables me to track every apspect of a project so I know finacially in real time what the actual projects cost are highlighting areas that need to be amended for future projects.

Improved WFM

This job management platform is easy to use and manage . Seamless integration with Xero for easy accounting. Nice that they tried to incorporate things that worked from the old WFM. We were originally WFM users and migrated to WFM by BlueRock. Some initial teething issues were always promptly resolved. It is now definitely an improvement on the original and offers better features and updates but still with the great support. This is user friendly product. I recommend.

Great End to End project software

Simple to set up, all the information is seamless from quotation, through Job/Project to invoice, tracks costs instantly, helping to keep projects on time and in budget, highlighting problems sooner rather than later. Works perfectly with Xero, for goods receipts and invoicing. Great value for money, and excellent ongoing improvements

Great product

We were originally WFM users and migrated to WFM by BlueRock. Initial teething issues were always promptly resolve. It is now improved from the original and offers better features but still with the great support. Great for job tracking - timesheet recording/ expenses, invoicing. This is user friendly product.
