Expensive and unreliable :(

We were happily with Tanda for many years but support is now close to zero at the same time as increasing issues. They often don't even reply anymore and show no concern for fixing constant bugs. I have a list of employees that I have to fix manually because Tanda doesn't push to Xero correctly. Onboarding doesn't work anymore either because Tanda suddenly stopped recognising my preferred super fund but still no fix after 6 months. Just a constant headache and they cost the most. Beyond frustrating.

Gone downhill - can't provide support

Was great to start with. Now casuals not being paid correctly. Leave not paying correctly. Support is now gone, they just say they are too busy and someone will get back to you and you don't hear back. Been waiting 3 months and still crickets and more things breaking. Would be good if you only had part time and full time staff who were paid exactly as per award. If you want to pay above award and take care of your casuals, this is not the app for you.

Beta at best

Sold us on features promised that then dont deliver. using for almost 6 months was so helpful and friendly when we started. now they are tanking features we were sold on to "upsell" to new add on packages. when there is a problem with xero intergration instead of fixing hte problem they try to sell us to there own payroll.

Xero Integration issues

System worked fine for first year - although it is a little complicated to work out if you are not a professional HR or payrol professional. Having issues now with the Xero integration - it has been to reconnected every time time you want to export the time sheets. They are working on it but its super frustrating when you are paying full price for the use of the system and it doesn't work properly.

Be careful

Let me start by saying the staff are helpful to a fault. BUT if you are a small business the system is far from intuitive and after three months of trying to make the system work we are on the verge of giving up! Great if you have an HR specialist with nothing else to do - but very frustrating if you have to look after customers and do other things. Designed by specialists for specialists.
