Great app and support
This app is fantastic and even better is the support Mahek and the team provide.
Our requirement were a little unique - and constantly changing - this was no trouble at all and the support is quick too.

DOES NOT WORK
I recently integrated a new Try Before You Buy app and let me tell you Parex is messing things up with my inventory royally. The support guy is absolutely NO help despite telling me they are fixing the issue, parex is actually removing stock not adding it back in. I'm going to have to switch apps. So disappointing.

Outstanding Sync Capability, Flexibility and Support
Mahek and the team at Parex Xero Bridge are experienced with Shopify and Xero sync requirements. We have used the app for over 4 years and over time we have had no issues. Further we have requested tweaks (eg, set Xero Invoice date to the last fulfilment date rather than Order Date to correctly time the revenue recognition) and it has never been a problem to incorporate the changes. Support is usually answered same day on business days and sometimes even within an hour or two, and always accurately and thoroughly. Works exceedingly well for inventory sync as well. Highly recommended.

LOVE THIS APP!
This is my second time using accounting software that integrates with Shopify and Xero, and I’m honestly blown away by the support. Accounting isn’t my strongest suit, and Mahek and his team were incredible at guiding me through the setup and fixing the mess my previous software left behind. They’ve genuinely made my life easier. I can’t recommend this app enough.

Highly recommended.
We've been using Xero Bridge for 5 years. It works perfectly and exactly as described. Lots of customization available. Customer support is excellent (we've rarely needed it though). Highly recommended.
