Very helpful

I missed the reminder for our Zoom meeting and the support team called me to discuss by phone and then move the conversation online. They were very helpful and patient with me as a first time user. Thank you!

Excellent customer service

Amaka technical support person Jam provided amazing support to help me set up my tracking to be able to fully take advantage of the integration system in a way that will provide meaningful reports in Xero. Highly recommend.

Missing Transactions

Jullius was able to identify where the issue we had with missing transactions and walked me through how to correct the problem. Julius was understanding and made the whole process very easy.

Help with issues

The support person (Jam) was very helpful and able to resolve my issue with the integration, which was a user error in the config. She showed patience and helped me get to the bottom of the issue.
