Constantly failing
After very painful months of getting it running, WFM still does not work correctly; when a bug is fixed, it generates other errors. Reports are not reliable, so we have to do double work. They know about all the issues; BlueRock can't fix them. Errors that happened when first launched had to be manually corrected, and some cannot be corrected, therefore, the data is permanently incorrect in the system. We cannot wait for the company to find a different system to get out of it

Clunky & Confusing
Unfortunately this version of WorkflowMax is a step backwards. The original version was so much better. It is so unintuitive. I've used WorkflowMax in my own business and two of my clients also use it. It's really clunky to use. Luckily I chose to use Xero Projects for my business, but still have to use WFM for my clients. Takes me twice as long to do monthly invoicing than it used to do.

New to WorkflowMax - Support is Great
Our implementation had a few issues that we had to go to support on and their response was very good! These were user related errors and did cause some problems for us, but support answered quickly and even provided their answers at times with videos that truly were beneficial. Support gets a A++ for us and the system is working well at this time.

WFM2: Intuitive and Easy to Use
I find WFM2 straightforward for daily use, with a smooth workflow that makes it easy to learn. The time tracking feature is particularly useful for billable work, and the tutorial videos provide helpful guidance when needed. Its user-friendly design makes workforce management more efficient. I look forward to the scheduling functionality.

Improving all the Time - but there is a way to go yet
This is a replacement of my earlier 1 star review last year.
We initially found many areas of the new product problematical (bugs) or incomplete - it was obvious that the help desk was completely swamped and issues were languishing for months.
I have since found that the product is being improved all of the time and we are getting more issues resolved.
There is definitely still a way to go towards a fully formed product and a responsive help desk but our experience of both has been improving and hopefully this will continue in this direction.
